| Terms and Other Stuff |

1. Under no circumstances should a customer be disappointed with products, price or service. 2. WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR RUSH ORDERS. All orders are rush orders. If a customer needs it yesterday, we will do our best to get it there the day before. 3. Please e-mail or FAX a copy of your Certificate of Exempt Status or Resale Exemption Certificate if applicable. If this is the first time you have placed an order with us, and your subtotal is $1,000.00 or greater, we may require an approved Credit Application and a signed Purchase Agreement. 4. Invoices on approved accounts are payable Net 30 days. Your invoice is enclosed with your order. 5. We keep a file of all job specifications. When a customer orders a "name-thing-a ma-bob", we know what you need. Some of our customers order a *New Package, we know what they want included. 6. OOPS Policy: Any misspellings that occur will be replaced at NO CHARGE, whether the mistake is yours or ours. 7. When we have received your artwork for screen-printed or a digitized logo, please allow 5-7 working days for shipment of most first time orders. There are NO REORDER SET-UP CHARGES. 8. If you have not placed an order or requested we keep your artwork on file after 6 months, it may be reclaimed. |

There is a 10-badge minimum with the first screen-printed order. Less
than 100 badges have a SET-UP CHARGE of $25.00 for the first printed color and $10.00 for each additional printed color. Name Badges include one printed color and .40 per badge for each additional printed color. NO SET-UP CHARGES if you order 100 badges or more. Screen-Printed Cubicle, Desk, Door, Wall Plates, Signs and Plaque plates have a $25.00 SET-UP CHARGE and $10.00 for each additional color. Cubicle, Desk, Door, Wall plates, Signs and Plaque plates have a charge of 1.10 for the first printed color and .40 per plate or sign for each additional printed color. * For a vector file, there is No Artwork Charge if the logo needs to be scaled to badge size and up to a 3 color separation. * Minimum Artwork Charge: $25.00 is usually applied if changes are made to the original artwork and more than 3 color separations are needed. Artwork Charge Quoted: If you do not have artwork in a vector file type, we provide artwork clean up. |

For new customers, there is a 25-badge minimum with the first Digitized Logo order. A SET-UP CHARGE of $35.00 and an additional charge quoted per piece. Send us your logo and we will call or e-mail you a quote. * For a vector file, there is No Artwork Charge if the logo only needs to be scaled to badge size. * Minimum Artwork Charge: $25.00 Artwork Charge Quoted: If you do not have artwork in a vector file type, we provide artwork clean up. Please let us know the name of the font. If we do not have the font or it was made for your company, you will need to supply it to us. We have a variety of Symbols in our system that we can add to your Badges, Cubicle, Desk, Door, Wall Plates, Signs, and Plaque plates. There will be an additional charge quoted per piece. | Artwork Information and File Types |
|
Vector Graphics are made up of mathematical curves and lines and produce a very clean image. File types most commonly used: EPS, CDR (Corel Draw) and AI (Adobe Illustrator). Also accepted for Digitizing: DXF, SCV, or HPGL file types. For the least expense, a vector graphic is preferable. Raster Graphics use pixels (millions of squares) to define their shape. Raster file types are likely to end up with a blocky, jagged image. File types most commonly used: BMP, GIF, JPEG, JPG, PNG, PSD, PCX and TIF. Magnify your art and if it looks jagged or has fuzzy blended edges, it is a Raster graphic. Most vector artwork provides PMS numbers. If yours does not, we will request you provide a sample of the colors or the Pantone Color Matching number (PMS color number e.g.141U or 5405C) to be screen-printed. We match your colors as close as possible. Please send artwork to determine if it can be Screen Printed or Digitized and if there will be an artwork charge. If you do not have artwork in a vector file type, we provide artwork clean up for an additional quoted charge. We also work with images from brochures, stickers, letterheads and business cards if you do not have electronic artwork. |
| Custom Shape |

Custom Shape: There is a 10-badge minimum for engraved or screen-printed badges, 25-badge minimum for digitized badges with the first order. A SET-UP CHARGE of $25.00 is added to the first order for a custom shape and a 1.10 per piece. You will need to send us an outline and the size of your badge shape. Oval: We need the height and width of the Oval size you want. An engraved arc has a ONE TIME SET-UP CHARGE of $10.00 and a 1.10 per engraved badge. |
